SediCon Sluicers under heavy conditions in Nepal

SediCon Sluicers were installed at Indrawati III HPP, Nepal, in April 2017. Before the installation of the SediCon Sluicers, sediments were producing frequent shutting down and significant wear in the machines, affecting the finances of the company. 

During 2018’s monsoon, Indrawati III HPP has faced the highest sediment income in the last 10 years. Nevertheless, the power plant has been running without any shut down for sediment removal thanks to the SediCon Sluicers.
